Josh was spending nine years overseas of searching the meaning of his life, yet also was spending 5 years in Singapore as an IT professional. The latest job of him was a first-line supervisor of a small but diverse, complicated team, which made him extremely headache of collaborating his team members head to the same direction. After quit his job, and now he is pursuing his Master degree and hope such learning experience would help him to find the answers of questions in the past. To him, the collaboration of people is an art, especially when the team was formed with people with completely different cultural, educational and even religion backgrounds. and yet the collaboration definitely plays a very important role of achieving organizational goals.
